Sleepers is set in the nice green surroundings of East Boldon
next to Boldon Metro station. The one thing I like about this
bar is during the summer we often have a walk along the old
disused South Shields to Sunderland railway line, this ends
right outside the pub and we sit in the large beer garden at the
rear (my young son loves to play on the swings etc) or if the
weather takes a turn for the worse you can also sit in their
large conservatory. If your feeling a bit hungry they do offer
bar meals to eat inside or there is also a small takeaway for
fish & chips on the side of the building.
