OPEN FOR THE SUMMER
MARINE PARK SAFARI LAND
Now open in time for
the summer holidays, Marine Park Safari Land, makes for a
great family day out, take a cruise around the shores of
the lake (trip takes approx 5mins and the boats leave on
the hour) meet our two new hippos (Fred & Colin) try
and spot Anders our friendly gorilla drinking down by the
shores of the lake, or you can even take a trip around the
grounds on our very own miniature steam engine the
Titfield thunderbolt where you will be treated to the
delight of seeing the "Common Charver Birds" mating in the
bushes during the summer season. Please note that because
of the tendency of the wheels to drop off the thunderbolt
a max speed of 2miles per hour will be in force until
further notice.
